I will walk with God!
Part One, Chapters 1-5

Part Two, Chapters 6-9
- 1. I choose to walk with God one step at a time
- 2. I persevere in my daily walk
- 3. I walk by faith and not by sight

I become a doer of the word and not a hearer only!
Part Three, Chapters 10-13
- 1. I respond responsibly to the absolute truth of the Bible
- 2. I walk in obedience observing the things God wants me to do
- 3. I recognize grace in every part of my life
- 4. I am thankful and rejoice in all things
- 5. My desire for God is greater than my desire for worldly things
- 6. I understand that what I believe directs my behavior
- James 1:22

I prepare my mind, my emotions, and my will to walk with God!
Part Four, Chapters 14-19
- 1. I will work hard to support myself and my family
- 2. I participate in the local church where members of the Body of Christ meet regularly
- 3. I work hard to live at peace with everyone
- 4. I obey the laws of my country and respect its leaders
- 5. I do all that I do for the glory of God
- 6. My relationship with God is a passion, not a convenience

I consciously plan each day to be faithful in my walk with God!
Part Five, Chapters 20-25
- 1. I take care of my possessions and live an orderly, well-mannered life
- 2. I keep God’s word the Holy Bible by hiding it in my heart
- 3. Communication with God becomes a priority
- 4. I am very distinctively God’s in every haphazard circumstance of life
- 5. I recognize God as the only God and worthy of all honor and praise
- 6. I submit to God in all things, He is my Lord and master
- 1 John 1:7

One who walks with God knows Gods revealed will and acts on it in such a way so as to enter into a strengthening relationship with God Himself!
Part Six, Chapters 26-29
- 1. I will always press toward the mark of the high calling of God
- 2. I begin to understand the difference between a performance-based walk with God and a relationship with Him through what I am in Christ
- 3. Intimacy with God through my Lord Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit becomes my life
- 4. I acknowledge before God and others that I am responsible for my actions
- 5. I submit to the sovereignty of God and believe that all things work together for good

I need the Word of God, the Bible, as my constant companion in my walk with God!
Part Seven, Chapters 30-35
- 1. I begin to believe that it is possible to meditate on God’s revealed word day and night
- 2. Those who worship must worship in Spirit and in truth
- 3. The Holy Spirit of God is my teacher and guide. He convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment
- 4. The Word of God, in our day it is the Bible, is essential for a believer’s walk with God
- 5. I hide God’s Word in my heart and meditate on it day and night
- 6. I begin to think God’s thoughts in all that I do

I will stand against enemies in my walk with God!
Part Eight, Chapters 36-42
- 1, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind
- 2. Those who walk with God are free from guilt because of the work of Christ on the cross
- 3. The sun does not go down on your anger
- 4. Death is a temporary separation of the inner person from the body
- 5. We love God with heart, soul, and mind
- 6. God blesses with abundant life
- 7. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and He will direct your path
- Proverbs 3:5-6

I will pray without ceasing in my walk with God!
Part Nine, Chapters 43-47
- 1. We will obey God in our home, the church and community life
- 2. Everything we do is dependent on God
- 3. We live for the glory of God
- 4. We are faithful to the church which is the body of Christ
- 5. How we relate to one another indicates my relationship with God
- 6. Preach the word of God faithfully
- 7. Pray without ceasing
- 1 Thessalonians 5:17

I respect and work well with all my fellow-workers in my walk with God!
Part Ten, Chapters 48-51
- 1. My convictions change seldom and slowly, if they do change
- 2. I am stable, safe, self-controlled and persevere in my walk with God
- 3. Those who walk with God do not forsake the assembly, encouraging love and good works
- 4. I live at peace with God, my family, and my church
- 5. Criticism of friends is out of the question. Gossip is sin. I am unoffendable
- I will help provide for the needs of everyone in my local church

I am devoted to God alone in my walk with God!
Part Eleven, Chapters 52-58
- 1. Jesus is my best friend. All of His friends are my friends too
- 2. Love for God and others is my way of life
- 3. God’s attribute of Grace becomes my most significant characteristic
- 4. I accept that God is the judge of all things and I leave all judgment to Him
- 5. God’s ways are my ways and God’s thoughts are my thoughts.

Part Twelve, Chapters 59-65
- 1. I am salt and light in my world
- 2. My purpose for life is to fulfill God’s purpose
- 3. Every decision I make is in reality a step of faith
- 4. Christ alone is my light, my strength, my song
- 5. Wherever He leads I go
